alchemia-nova attended the Sustainable Solid Waste Management Conference in Naxos, Greece in June 2018 (https://naxos2018.uest.gr). The subjects of this conference included legal framework and policy, solid waste treatment technologies and circular economy among others. The recovery of construction and demolition waste and using these materials for a water cleaning façade was very well suited for this conference. The presenter from alchemia-nova also had the opportunity to chair the whole resource recovery session, where this presentation was given as well. The conference attracted waste managers, municipalities and the scientific community and was well attended with more than 400 participants from all around the world.
